Hello and welcome to Yoga with Alma Entera!
Yoga is the art of self-inquiry.
I have a fun, genuine, and down to earth style of teaching. I hope to make my students feel comfortable in the class. We all breathe the same air. No teacher or student is superior from the next. I feel with my background in talking therapies and mental health nursing, there may be helpful tips or perspectives I can offer whilst bringing some ‘real life’ vibes to the class.
